Holiday Decoration Contest Rules (Updated 12/23/23)

Update 12/23/23:

Judging is completed and the votes are in. We had a 4-way tie for 10th place, so a total of 13 homes are winners this year. Certificates and Yard Signs are being delivered today. Great Job Everyone!

Update 12/15/23: Judging rescheduled from Monday December 17th to Tuesday December 18th at 7:00 PM due to incliment weather over weekend.

Judging to begin on Tuesday December 18th at 7:00 PM

Board members not participating in the contest will drive together to pick their top 20 homes. The overall top 20 homes will be voted on by board members not participating in the contest and the top 10 homes will be selected as winners. Yard Signs will be placed in the top 10 homes on or before Friday December 22nd.

Please note that no board members participating in the contest will be involved in the judging and voting process.
