Update 12-10:
We are extending the submission deadline to Saturday 12/13 at 8 PM. Voting will be completed by Tuesday 12/16 at 8 PM.
We are doing things a little different this year which allows all paid HOA members to vote.
You must be a paid HOA member to participate in this year's contest. If you are not currently a paid member and would like to participate, click on the link below to join.
Upload Picture or Video of Your Decorations to the Google Form link below by Saturday December 13th, 2025 at 8 PM.
An email link will be sent out the following day to all paid HOA members to vote for their top 10 homes.
Voting closes on Wednesday December 16, 2025 at 8 PM.
